If you have a large distance between your NovaStar controller and your LED display, the CVT310 fiber optic converter is the right solution. The NovaStar CVT 310 can be used either as a transmitter or receiver unit. Thanks to the LC interface, the device can be connected very easily to a fiber optic source.
 
To transmit the signal from a controller to an LED-Displayay two units are always needed (Transmitter (TX) and Receiver (RX)). You do not need any additional drivers for using the NovaStar CVT 310.
